RETURN POLICY
The product can be returned if it meets any of these conditions:
- The product is intact and has not been consumed
- If the product has manufacturing faults (it is necessary to attach a photo).
- The maximum time of 14 calendar days has not passed
There are products that are not subject to returns because they are frozen products or that require refrigerated transportation. These products are:
- The products that belong to the category "Iberian Meat"
- Sliced products
