You will learn the fundamental aspects of Iberian ham in a way you have never seen before. You will take advantage of every minute in our wineries and enjoy a plate of delicacies surrounded by our best hams.
And finally, our chef will make you enjoy an Omakase-style tasting menu in our exclusive bar with space for only 9 people. You will have the option to pair the food with an excellent selection of wines.
