The raw material of our products is the key: the Iberian pig.

The success of the final result begins with the selection of the raw material; we therefore care for large stock farms of Iberian pigs. These animals are located and reared on extensive estates in the south of Spain (Córdoba, Seville, and Badajoz) and in Salamanca.

On these dehesas the pigs live free-range and are reared by means of an extensive system in which many of them as from October can take advantage of the period of the montanera or feeding on acorns.

The Iberian pig develops its special genetics and morphology in this natural habitat with long walks and natural food.

Our company is located in Salamanca in western Spain. The weather of this area favours the curing and maturing of the products with its cold winters and hot summers with little humidity.
